I have changed my site to a car park at the end of Green Street. It fits better with the family demographic as it is near St Anne's and Newtown Schools, and with the Market idea, as it is more pedestrian accessible/ friendly. You can get to the site off four streets, and so it will probably need to have multiple entrances.
