Revised floor plans

So after talking with Ana last tut, i have revised the floor plans and these should be very representative of the finals. Just have to change the window on the ground floor now.

Finally worked out this blogger thing, so here are the first set of plans and images that i made of my design for 70 Daniell St.

Musicians residence, recording studio and bar

Site is 70 Daniel Street. There aren't many decent venues for upcoming talented musicians to perform in Newtown, so this is an opportunity to create a loft apartment for 2 - 3 musicians, a recording studio, and a bar/small gig venue. The bar is located on the ground floor, recording studio on the second and the apartment on the third.
