Roof form trying to reduce the impact of the scale the neighboring building imposes. The form also designed to be an architectural statement (an architects building in my mind should encourage/excite its clients into wanting them to design their future spaces)
Hey Ben... Nice work. Are you leaving the existing garages there or removing them? If they're staying... where are they in relation to this sketch? The roof form reminds me of a paper crane...
