Musicians residence, recording studio and bar
Site is 70 Daniel Street. There aren't many decent venues for upcoming talented musicians to perform in Newtown, so this is an opportunity to create a loft apartment for 2 - 3 musicians, a recording studio, and a bar/small gig venue.
